History
The vision of ReThink Foundation dates way back in the early 1980s. However, its birth and establishment was in the middle of 2009. The name ReThink Foundation was incorporated in the State of Minnesota on December 9, 2010. Rev. Dr. George Ata-Baah after serving in various capacities and ministries as a full-time evangelist, missionary, Bible school teacher, church planter and a pastor for over two decades is dedicating his life to the “church without walls.” George after pioneering and planting several satellite churches and fellowships is moving into the next level of his calling in order to devote his time and life to life-coaching, writing, speaking, school of ministry and evangelistic crusades in obedience to his original call three decades ago. Some of the landmarks include El-Wak Christian Fellowship in 1984, God's Battle Axe Mission & Destiny Chapel in 1994, Floodgates Destiny Chapel in 2004 and All Nations Glory Chapel in 2006 (now Gloryhouse International Church).
Purpose

Philosophy

2. ReThink Foundation is a Christ-centered Coaching and Enrichment Training ministry for all ages, groups, leadership development, gift, talents & skill discovering and development ministry, evangelism, discipleship, music, worship, marriage, and parenting.
3. ReThink Foundation is a management and leadership consulting organization.
4. ReThink Foundation is a Biblical Counseling Training Center for talent, gift, talents & skill discovering and development for effective ministry.

7. ReThink Foundation is committed to coming along churches to supplying Bibles, Christian literature, audio & video teachings, website designing, audio & video recordings, church supplies, Internet services and other innovations for the advancement of the Kingdom of God.
1. We believe in the One True God who revealed Himself to mankind as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit [Deut. 6:4; Luke 3:22 and Matthew 22:19, 20].
2. We believe the Bible is the inspired infallible Word of God [2 Peter 1:20, 21 and 2 Timothy 3:16].
3. We believe the Lord Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, His virgin birth and sinless life [Matthew 1:23; Luke 1:35; 1 Peter 2:22 and Hebrews 4:14, 15].
4. We believe Man was created in a perfect condition without sin, deformity or infirmity, but voluntary transgression separated him from God; Man’s only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, the Son of God [Romans 5:12; Romans 3:23-25; Romans 10:8-10 and 2 Cor. 5:17].
5. We believe the Church universal is composed of all true believers worldwide [1 Peter 1: 18, 19; 2 Cor. 6:16-18; 1 Cor. 3:1; Eph. 2: 19-22 and 1 Peter 2:5].
6. We believe in the Blessed Hope where the resurrection of those who have fallen asleep in Christ and their translation (rapture) together with those who are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord is the imminent and blessed hope [1 Thess. 4:16-17 and Titus 2:13]. The wicked dead shall be resurrected for final judgment before the Great White Throne and whosoever’s name is not found in the Book of Life shall be cast into the lake of Fire [Rev. 20:11, 15 and Rev. 1:8].
7. We look for new heaven and the new earth wherein righteousness reigns [2 Peter 3:13 and Rev. 21:14].
Departments
1. LIFE-COACHING CENTER – This is to provide one-on-one or group coaching on all aspects especially the youth. Life coaching is a practice that helps people identify and achieve personal goals. Life coaches help clients set and reach goals using a variety of tools and techniques. This Christ-centered coaching shall include Spiritual, Christian, Personal, Career and Executive Coaching.
2. LIFE PURPOSE ALERT - This ministry offers Christ-centere Motivational and Inspirational leadership seminars to motivate and inspire our generation to provoke people to good works.
3. WORLD CHANGERS CLUB – The World Changers Club is Teens/Youth Christ-centered long distance and correspondence educational program for children between the ages of 4 and 15 years. Currently we have students in Africa, Europe, and North America. There is an advance program for those who want to continue.
4. AUDIO/VISUAL MINISTRY – This ministry plays a very significant role in reaching out to the unreached and churching the unchurched through a Christ-centered audio/visual cinnema & video evangelism. We are in partnership with InterComm International Ministry, Winona Lake, Indiana and Gospel Communications International, Muskegon, Michigan.
5. MOBILE BIBLE SCHOOL – With many years of rural ministry experience in Ghana and other parts of Africa the need for Pastors and Church leaders going through proper sound Bible training can not be over emphasized. Due to low income most Pastors in rural towns (countryside), are not able to purchase Study Bibles with concordances & cross references for their studies. Others lack proper theological training. ReThink is strategizing to take the Bible School to the People. Our facilitators will equip these pastors with proper understanding of the Hebrew and Greek understanding of the Bible for effective ministry.
6. COUNSELING CENTER – The extended family ties in Africa is a great ministry door and opportunity for counseling because many people listen to wrong and inexperience people for advice in times of crisis and difficult times. ReThink will provide an effective 21st Century Christ-Centered Creative Biblical Counseling to minister to the needs of people.
7. CHRISTIAN EDUCATION – Illiteracy is a serious disease and its eradication will empower people to improve their personal living conditions and help transform their communities. This includes pre-schools, primary school, junior secondary school, senior secondary schools, vocational schools, Bible schools, Christian Administration & Management schools and a Nursing Training School to meet the great need for nurses and health workers.
8. HUMANITARIAN SERVICES – The burden to provide humanitarian services alongside the preaching of the gospel is as a result of the great need in most third world countries. Therefore, providing a clean drinking water, shelters for orphans & homeless, food for the hungry, and clothing to the naked will be part of our ministry to the needy people as Jesus met both spiritual and physical needs of his followers. The deplorable poor condition of drinking water and water borne diseases are associated with diseases like Guinea Worm, Cholera, River Blindness, and Ringworm will continue to kill people especially children if the need is not addressed.
9. HEALTH CARE DEPARTMENT – Establishing Mobile Clinics and Permanent Health Centers is our way of providing medical services for those who can not afford. This ministry to the needy people will save many lives as we minister the word of God alongside by focusing on the people in the hinterlands and jungles. Through these services other problems like maternal and child care will be addressed because many mothers die during childbirth or delivery in many villages. Many are faced with many health problems, especially infectious diseases and water borne diseases, which kill children daily.
10. CAMPUS MINISTRY – Schools & Colleges campus ministry is our way of catching young people for Christ giving guidance and direction to young people through Carrier Counseling programs and Campus revival meetings.
11. EVANGELISM/MISSIONS – Our supreme task is evangelism and missions. Our strategy is house to house, tracts distribution, streets & market preaching and crusades. We create mission awareness in churches, communities and encourage interested missionaries to join this world evangelization and missions.
12. FAMILY LIFE DEPARTMENT– A loving welcoming family-caring Pre-marital, Marriage and Post Marriage Family Counseling is our way of ministering to hurting people to preserve the institution of marriage.
13. VISITATION & HOSPITALITY DEPARTMENT – This department visits hospitals, nursing homes and prison inmates to minister to their spiritual needs.

Founder/President
Rev. Dr. George K. Ata-Baah is the Founder, President and CEO of ReThink Foundation, Inc. in Minnesota, USA. He is also the Founder, President and Senior Pastor of Gloryhouse International Church (Minnesota, USA), the Founder and the Presiding Overseer of Floodgates World Missions, Inc. and Floodgates Destiny Chapels in Ghana and Kenya. Prior to establishing these ministries, George served as the Senior Resident Pastor of Manna Mission Church, Accra-Ghana and the International Missions Coordinator for Manna Mission Church. He coordinated several National and West African School of Ministries for Morris Cerullo World Evangelism during his service at Manna Mission. George is married to his beautiful wife, Florence. He is a member of International Association of Biblical Counselors, American Association of Christian Counselors and a Charter member of the International Christian Coaching Association. He is an Author, Biblical Counselor, Inspirational Speaker, Mentor, and Life Skills & Ministry Coach. George is a product of All Nations For Christ Bible Institute (Benin City, Nigeria), Global University (A/G Ghana & Springfield, Missouri), Columbia Southern University (Orange Beach, Alabama), Master’s International School of Divinity (Evansville, Indiana) and Evangel Christian University of America (Monroe, Louisiana). He holds Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Ministry, Master of Arts degree in Christian Administration & Management and Doctor of Divinity from Masters International School of Divinity. He holds a second Doctorate degree in Pastoral Studies from Evangel Christian University of America. Rev. Dr. Ata-Baah has been preaching for over three decades, was ordained in 1991 and has twenty-three years of full-time ministry experience. He is the author of Show Me Your Glory: Developing Intimacy With God. |
Though a Registered Nurse/Midwife, Florence has worked side-by-side along with her husband for over twenty years. They have done campus ministry, planted churches and conducted several revival meetings. Working as a Nurse at Manna Mission Hospital, Florence and George went on several medical and evangelistic short term missions. Florence is a role model for many women, a counselor and a gifted praise & worship leader. Coming from a family line of teachers, Florence teaches the Word of God with accuracy, simplicity and passion. She has taught in missionary Bible schools, ministered in churches in Ghana and the United States. Together with George they have pioneered and planted churches & organizations. |

GOD’S MANDATE FOR 2012
1. The vision of ReThink Foundation is to reach out to 12,000 Souls and win 1,200 souls in 2012.
2. Every Pastor/Departmental Leader must win two Souls every month (2 souls a month).
3. Every member must win one Soul every month (1 soul a month).
